Karawang, April 28, 2026 — PT. Fujilloy Indonesia, a Japanese company based in Karawang and engaged in the mold and dies industry, once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting human resource development through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.
As part of this initiative, the President Director of PT. Fujilloy Indonesia, Mr. Kanetsune Kenji, along with Mr. Unang F. Hakim as HRGA Manager and Ms. Intan Permatasari as HR Supervisor, delivered a career preparation session to approximately 250 students of SMK Negeri 2 Karawang. This activity aimed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and mindset to face the working world, particularly in job selection processes, as well as to build professional and responsible character.
During the session, participants received various important materials, including tips on job tests, interview preparation, and the attitudes and ethics required to become good employees in an industrial environment. The materials were delivered interactively, allowing students to understand them more easily and apply them in practice.
The students showed great enthusiasm throughout the event, as reflected in the many questions raised during the discussion and Q&A session. They actively explored insights about the working world and gained firsthand knowledge from industry practitioners.
This activity also received very positive appreciation from the school, both from teachers and students. They considered this kind of program highly beneficial in enhancing students’ knowledge and readiness before entering the actual working world.
Through this initiative, PT. Fujilloy Indonesia hopes to continue contributing to the development of job-ready, competent young generations who possess professional attitudes in line with current industry needs.
